Ok let me try and explain this thing to you. This retro looking van drives around and the high powered water cannons on top spray out a concoction of liquid nitrogen and icecream into the air creating, thats right Ice cream clouds... I guess its safe. Id be willing to try it if they have birthday cake flavor.
