Thats right Turtles can stop planes, and in New York too! Recently travelers at JFK airport were delayed for over an hour and a half. Why? Was it bad weather? terrorist? Nope instead it was turtles in heat that had caused the "pile up" 78 diamond back turtles to be exact. Read more of the story in the New York Times Article.
